At Magic Dance Design we will create a beautiful costume to your specific requirements and measurements. All our costumes are hand-made and produced with the highest quality fabrics and sewing techniques, to ensure your garment is everything you hoped for. We place an emphasis on designing a costume that is flattering and enhances your performance.
HOW DO I ORDER A COSTUME ONLINE?
Just contact us with your specific inquiry and we will discuss it.

WHAT IS YOUR PRICE RANGE?
You pay deposit after we agree about price:
Deposit for solo dress £100.
Deposit for jacket £100. Deposit for solo vest £100. Deposit for class dresses £100 per dress.
Deposit for class vests £50 per vest.
Kick pants, lace side piece and headband included in dress price.
Each costume requires a deposit payment before work begins.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
After we agree your design, it can take 8 weeks to make a solo dress or vest (embroidery, assembly and decoration). We recommend that you order your costume at least 2 months before your performance date.
A unique design can take 1 week to create and discuss.
Our delivery for costumes in Northern Ireland is free. Outside of N.I. customers pay for the delivery of their first costume and thereafter any further deliveries are free.
Class costumes are delivered free if two or more items are ordered.
HOW DO I CLEAN MY COSTUME?
Costumes with crystals:
Do not wash. Do not bleach. Do not iron. Do not tumble dry. Do not dry clean. Contact only us for help.
Costumes without crystals:
Costumes without crystals can be taken to professional dry cleaners. Do not wash. Do not bleach. Do not iron. Do not tumble dry. You can contact us for help.
MDD costumes can be slightly increased in size after fitting for free. We can increase any size by up to 2 inches, if costume size wasn’t already increased. If customer asked to increase ready-made costume size, it may be impossible to increase it more. The customer pays for returning the costume to us. Magic Dance Design will pay for delivery of altered costumes to the customer.
We are not responsible for continued use or wear and tear of our products over time, but in the most cases we can restore our products.
We are not responsible for third party alterations.
WHAT IF I’M NOT HAPPY WITH MY ONLINE ORDER?
Thanks for letting us know and we are sorry you feel this way. We always do our best to accommodate all customers. Contact us by email and we’ll be happy to help you asap. Please note that all our products are made to order and we cannot offer you a full refund. However, we can certainly help you with alterations and make small changes to your garment. Any item can be exchanged or refunded in 30 days after purchase. A returned item must be in the same condition in which you received it.
We pay for exchange delivery. If customer cancel their order, they must cover the cost of returning items.
